The restaurant at the Ruunaa Hiking Center offers a cozy setting for family gatherings, birthdays, meetings, and other private events.
The restaurant seats about 90 people and the summer terrace about 40, making it well-suited for larger celebrations as well. Additionally, there is a lakeside sauna lounge for 15–20 people and a traditional Finnish hut suitable for meetings and events for about 10–15 people.
Meals are prepared using high-quality ingredients, and during the summer season, breakfast and lunch are served from a generous buffet. Dinners and other catering services for parties and groups can also be arranged upon request. Fresh Karelian pies baked in our own oven, along with sweet and savory pastries, are the crowning touch to the meal.
The restaurant is fully licensed, and drinks can also be served on the terrace, in the fireplace room of the lakeside sauna, and in the traditional hut. Ruunaa’s rapids scenery and natural surroundings make your special day an unforgettable experience.
