Herranniemi Guest House offers a cozy and traditional setting for celebrations, meetings, and various group events on the shores of Lake Pielinen in Vuonislahti. With a long tradition, the inn has served as a meeting place for travelers and party guests for over a century. Our services are available year-round.
With our solid experience, we organize weddings, birthdays, family reunions, and other celebrations and group gatherings. Our facilities are suitable for both smaller parties and larger groups, and we always plan events according to the customer’s wishes. Our atmospheric courtyard and beautiful lake scenery create a peaceful and nature-filled environment for celebrations.
We host meals and celebrations in the inn’s traditional halls, which combine Karelian hospitality with a cozy atmosphere. Our cuisine highlights traditional flavors and seasonal ingredients, and we use local products and natural produce in our cooking whenever possible.
For meetings and training sessions, we have quiet and functional meeting rooms. A projector, slide projector, video projector, whiteboard, and wireless Internet connection are available, making our facilities well-suited for corporate meetings, training sessions, and group events.
We can accommodate approximately 50 people, and our dining facilities are perfectly suited for groups of 60–80 people.
We are happy to enhance your meetings and special occasions with a variety of outdoor activities tailored to the season. The Pielinen area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, boating, and, in the winter, skiing. Our sauna and lakeside pavilion also offer a wonderful way to spend a festive evening.
